R/G Werewolf Midrange

Innistrad is plagued by monsters of all kinds but standing as Alpha are certainly the werewolves who stalk Kessig. These are the ultimate symbol of raw power, the apex predator. Will you be charmed by their howl and join the moonlit hunt?

Werewolves are midrange and thus plays a little bigger than the average aggressive decks. It would rather have the biggest thing on the board. It can do this with a variety of cards that help you ramp this mana or just creatures that pack the most for the converted mana cost like Nightpack Ambusher

Prioritize mana ramp such as Willowwolf Haven or Scorned Villager, creatures with activated abilities and instants/flash spells like Vivien, Champion of the Wilds and Uncaged Fury. By having flash/instant options, it lets not play a spell on your turn and flip the werewolves into more powerful creatures. Alternatively use mana sinks like Kessig Wolfrun to skip your turn but still do things.

Blue Moon

By adding a Blue splash to the G/R Werewolves deck, you can flip your werewolves much easier. Instant spells and other flash cards allow you to end your turn playing no spells, flip your werewolves, then use unspent mana on theirs.

Blue cards to look out for are instant speed card draw, flash creatures and bounce spells and counterspells to hinder your opponent. Try to pick up cards like Venser, Shaper Savant or Unsubstantiate.
